More than 120 years of changing lives
Founded in 1904, SAVF has spent more than a century caring for South Africans at every stage of life. In 2004 we proudly celebrated our centenary, and today we remain committed to the same legacy of care and support.
What we do has grown and changed with the needs of our communities. Today SAVF is a leading non-profit provider of retirement housing and care for older persons, alongside early childhood development, child and youth care, social work and community programmes.
Every number we report represents a person: a child, an adult or an older person, each with their own circumstances and needs, reached and touched by SAVF.
